Lucozade’s digital presence had become fragmented across multiple sub-brand websites, creating inconsistency and confusion for consumers. The aim was to bring everything together into a single, cohesive mega-brand site that clearly explained how the sub-brands relate to the main Lucozade brand—both in the UK and across more than 15 international markets.
My role was to redesign and restructure the entire website. This involved creating a clear brand hierarchy, unifying the user experience, and designing a reusable international landing page template to support consistency across global regions.
The new design uses a bold, minimal grayscale system for the core Lucozade brand, enabling each sub-brand’s vibrant colours and visual assets to take centre stage. By simplifying the framework and allowing the products to shine, the final site delivers a clearer, more engaging experience and a stronger, more coherent brand presence.
